Migraine Relief
About Migraine
A migraine is a type of headache that causes severe throbbing pain or pulsing sensation, usually presenting on one side of the head. Often it's accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and an extreme sensitivity to sound and light. They can last for hours or days and can interfere with daily activities.
Some people also present with an aura, a warning symptom that occurs before or during the headache. Auras can include visual disturbances, such as light flashes, blind spots, or 'tv snow', or can include other disturbances, like tingling on the side of the face, the arm, or leg, and difficulty speaking or coming up with words.
After a migraine attack, there's a phase known as the postdrome phase, where one might feel drained, confused and washed out. This can last up to a day. Some people instead report feeling elated. Sudden head movement might briefly cause the pain to again surface.

Intention
For the maximum effect, it helps to focus your intention on what you want to heal. For this track, it helps to focus your intention around your scalp, imagining it relaxing and loosening. As the track plays, pull your focus to the center of your skull, and let it melt any tensions within your brain. If needed, move it to the back of the brain, and down your neck, melting all tension.
